Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the ZigRush mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), developed by Roman Korchmenko (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”). The Application is provided as an ad-supported service and is provided “AS IS”.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
The Application does not require users to create an account or register with the Service Provider.
The Application may receive information that you voluntarily provide when contacting the Service Provider, for example, when you contact us by email regarding technical support, feedback, or other questions.
Any information provided directly by you is used only for the purpose for which it was provided, such as responding to your request, providing support, or improving the Application.
The Service Provider does not sell or rent personally identifiable information to third parties.
Automatically Collected Information
When you use the Application, certain information may be collected automatically by the Application or by third-party services integrated into the Application.
This information may include, but is not limited to:
- Device type and model;
- Operating system and version;
- Application version;
- IP address;
- Advertising ID or similar device identifiers;
- General information about your use of the Application;
- Game performance and diagnostic information;
- Crash and error information;
- Information about advertisements displayed or interacted with;
- Analytics information about gameplay and Application usage.
This information is used to operate, maintain, analyze, improve, and optimize the Application, as well as to provide and measure advertising.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
The Application does not collect precise GPS location information from your mobile device.
Some third-party services used by the Application may be able to estimate a user’s approximate location based on information such as an IP address. Such information may be used for purposes including:
- Providing geographically relevant advertisements;
- Advertising measurement and fraud prevention;
- Analytics;
- Improving the Application and its services.
The Service Provider does not use precise device location information to track users.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
The Application uses third-party services that may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
These services may process information for purposes such as advertising, analytics, crash reporting, application performance, and fraud prevention.
The third-party services used by the Application may include:
- Google Play Services — Google Privacy Policy
- Google AdMob — AdMob Privacy Information
- Google Analytics for Firebase — Firebase Privacy Policy
- Firebase Crashlytics — Firebase Privacy Policy
- Meta / Facebook — Meta Privacy Policy
- Unity — Unity Privacy Policy
Third-party services may collect and process information according to their respective privacy policies. The Service Provider recommends reviewing those policies for more information about how your information is handled.
The Service Provider may also disclose information:
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
- When disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Service Provider, users, or others;
- To trusted service providers who process information on behalf of the Service Provider and are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations;
- In aggregated or anonymized form for analytics, research, and improvement of the Application.
Advertising
The Application is supported by advertising.
Advertising providers, including Google AdMob and other third-party advertising partners, may collect information about your device, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, and interaction with advertisements in order to provide, personalize, measure, and improve advertisements, where permitted by applicable law.
Depending on your device, operating system, region, and available settings, you may be able to limit personalized advertising through your device’s privacy or advertising settings.
The Service Provider does not directly control the data collected by third-party advertising providers.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling the Application.
You may also be able to control certain advertising and analytics-related data collection through the privacy settings provided by your mobile device or operating system.
Please note that uninstalling the Application is the most direct way to stop the Application from collecting information from your device.
Data Retention and Managing Your Information
Because the Application does not require user registration, the Service Provider generally does not maintain a user account containing personally identifiable information.
Automatically collected information may be retained by the Service Provider and/or third-party service providers for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including analytics, security, fraud prevention, crash reporting, and service improvement.
Third-party services may retain information according to their own data retention policies.

The Service Provider will consider and respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal obligations and legitimate business requirements.
Children
The Application is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personally identifiable information, the Service Provider will take reasonable steps to delete such information.

Security
The Service Provider is committed to protecting information processed through the Application.
Reasonable technical, electronic, and organizational measures may be used to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
When changes are made, the updated Privacy Policy will be published on this page and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
You are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
Your continued use of the Application after changes to this Privacy Policy have been published constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of information as described herein, where consent is required by applicable law.
“Processing” includes collecting, storing, using, analyzing, combining, deleting, and disclosing information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Where applicable law requires a separate consent or provides a right to withdraw consent, the relevant controls or mechanisms provided by the Application, operating system, or third-party service will apply.
